Winner3009是一款智能型干法激光粒度仪,也是公司第五代新产品,Winner3009技术成熟,运行稳定,测试原理先进,它采用紊流分散专利技术和正激波剪切技术,可将颗粒充分分散,保证了颗粒测试结果的稳定性和准确度。

 

产品优势:

 

多种技术融合,测试原理先进

采用会聚光傅里叶变换光路和双谱面光路设计,克服了透镜孔径对散射角的限制,增强了对亚微米颗粒的辨识度和测试稳定性。

 

自有专利分散技术

采用紊流分散专利技术(专利号:ZL.2 007 2 0018648. 7)和正激波剪切技术,使颗粒样品在空气中充分分散,确保测试的准确度,分散系统关键部件采用耐磨陶瓷,提高了产品使用寿命。

 

频谱放大技术

通过增强探头对信号的灵敏度,能够有效接受测试量程所对应的各个角度的散射光信号,探测角度为0.0155-164度,提高了仪器的测试范围和准确度。

 

智能化操作

点击“自动测试”键,仪器所有的操作过程,包括喂料、供气、收尘都自动完成。

 

数据智能化处理
