Winner2309是一款智能型干湿两用激光粒度分析仪,它采用密接模块化设计的分散系统和精密混合式步进电机的光路自动对中系统,既保持了干、湿测试一键切换的优势,又给客户提供了自由选配的方便。

配置密接模块化设计的分散系统

配置密接模块化设计的分散系统,使用大功率循环泵,对管路进行优化设计,分散系统独立于测试系统,仪器维护更加方便。

光路自动对中

自主研发三维自动对中系统(专利号:ZL . 2013 2 0835882 . 4),采用精密四相混合式步进电机,微精度达到微米级别,使仪器光路始终处于对中状态,为测试结果的准确性和稳定性提供了基础保障。

无约束自由拟合技术

粒度分析不受任何函数限制,真实反映颗粒分布状态。

双激光正交光路

采用会聚光傅里叶变换专利技术,使散射光不受透镜孔径的限制;采用双谱面光路设计,测量范围扩大至2000微米,探测角度为0.0155度至164度,采用进口傅里叶镜头,保证颗粒测量的稳定和准确,自主研发的双激光正交光路,利用蓝光半导体辅助激光器的水平偏振光,能同时接受纳米级别颗粒前向、侧向和反向的散射光,有效提升了纳米级别颗粒粒径的测试精度。

智能操作

软件智能化,支持一键操作,点击“自动测试”,按提示加入样品后,其他操作步骤自动完成。
